Westbridge / Conversation preparation note
Set out the proposed transaction
Explain whether you are buying, selling or discussing another property matter. Note the property involved, the stage you have reached and any people or organisations already coordinating the transaction.
Residential and commercial matters can involve different considerations. Include the intended use of the property and the practical outcome you want to discuss.
Questions to bring
- What stage has the transaction reached?
- Are there proposed dates or other linked arrangements?
- What questions would you like the property team to explore?
Ask about communication and documents
Make a list of documents and correspondence you have received. Ask which items are needed, how updates will be shared and who your contact will be.
Use your first enquiry to provide context. Detailed identification, financial records and transaction documents should be shared through a method agreed with the team.
